Welcome to our new website!

The Eatonton Housing Authority was established to provide decent and safe rental housing for eligible low-income families, the elderly, and persons with disabilities.

Properties

There are currently two properties managed by the Eatonton Housing Authority :
Lawson/Montgomery Homes and Hillside Apartments:


Lawson Montgomery Homes consists of 114 units with a mix of 1,2,3, and 4 bedroom units across a scattered site.  Some one bedroom units receive elderly preference.


Hillside Apartments is located at 155 Hillside Drive, Eatonton and consists of 40 one bedroom and 10 two bedroom units.  It is for individuals age 55 and up.  It is currently under redevelopment into one three story building.  Construction expected to be completed early in 2026.

Applications are accepted in person by appointment only.  Call the office for an appointment.  All applicants are screened for criminal and credit activity and references are required.  Income restrictions do apply.
